Getting Contacts organized into Groups is easy. You can either select contacts individually from your Contacts tab and use "batch actions" or you can upload a spreadsheet.
To upload contacts by spreadsheet, first select Groups from your left hand sidebar. Then, either create a new Group or select a previously created Group to add and remove contacts.
Once you've opened your Group, select the Upload Contacts Into Group button at the very bottom. Reminder: Groups can have a maximum of 100 contacts, so make sure your spreadsheet contains 100 or less contacts.

Once you've submitted your file you will have an option to Skip Landlines as well as Update Existing Contacts we recommend you select this to not upload landline numbers into the group, as well as not attempting to create duplicate Contacts. The Spreadsheet Uploader will keep you updated of it's progress. You'll even receive feedback on any rows that need review once completed!
Your Contacts will automatically be visible alphabetically in the Group so you can see the total number of Contacts listed at the bottom of the Group list.
