As you're first getting started (or if you want to update your contact list!), you can add all your contacts at once by uploading a simple spreadsheet!
The spreadsheet requirements are simple. You will want to make sure you follow the formatting correctly so all information is updated quickly and accurately. The format requirements are as follows:
- You will want five columns with the following headers: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Business Name and Tags.
- You must have at least a first or last name AND a phone number listed for each contact. Business name and tags are optional.
Once you save your spreadsheet, head over to your TextUs account and select the Contacts Tab. Click on "Batch Actions" then "Upload Contacts". Click on the green button to Upload Contacts.
Once you've submitted your file, the Spreadsheet Uploader will keep you updated of it's progress. You'll even receive feedback on any rows that need review once completed!
